Shipping policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within [1-2] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We take great care in packaging all of our crystal bracelets, pendants, and jewelry items to ensure they arrive safely. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during holidays or sale seasons.

  Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours, allowing you to track your package's journey to your doorstep.

  Damages & Issues At Divya Ratna, we want to ensure your crystals and jewelry reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged item during transit, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and attach a clear photo along with your order number in your message so we can arrange a replacement for you.

  International Shipping We currently do not ship outside of India. (Update this section if you plan to ship internationally in the future).
