Refund policy

At Divya Ratna, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in packaging and shipping our spiritual and wellness products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase/order number is required.
  • Customized, energized, blessed, or personalized products are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Energized Rudraksha
  • Energized Gemstones
  • Customized products
  • Personalized Rakhis
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Divya Ratna will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For customer preference returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
